All new clients must digitally sign our online liability waiver in order to participate in classes.
For in-person dance classes, the client can either use a one-time drop-in pass or the 10-Class Dance Pass (flexible, expires 6 months after date of purchase) for booking. At times we will have registration only classes for short sessions.
In-person Zumba classes at South Neebing Community Centre (1841 Mountain Rd.) can be purchased using a session pass or paying a drop-in fee.
E-transfer to sales@damemasdance.ca is the most preferred method of payment. We do accept cash (exact amounts please) and cheque payments as well for in-person classes. We only accept credit card payments for video on-demand at this time. Payments must be received before participation in the in-person dance classes.
Classes need to be booked at least 12 hours in advance and are on a first-come, first-served basis.
For those interested in private dance lessons, please contact us at info@damemasdance.ca at least 72 hours in advance. Payment will need to be received to confirm the appointment. Private lessons can be in-person or virtual.
Clients can book classes or private dance lessons up to 2 months in advance.
In-person dance classes can be cancelled up to 3 hours in advance without penalty unless it is a registered session.
Cancellations of private lessons require 24 hours notice without penalty.
Refunds for cancellations will be put on account by default or the visit returned on the class pass. Late cancels (less than 3 hours before class starts or less than 24 hours before a private lesson) are non-refundable. If the payment has not been received before a late cancel, it will be required before booking any other classes/lessons at the studio.
All classes cancelled by the studio will be refunded. By default, refunds will be put on account unless directed otherwise by the client.
Clients put on a waiting list will be sent an email when a spot becomes available. Spots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

COVID-19 Policies
Any clients experiencing symptoms that could be related to COVID-19 must not come to the studio and should cancel their booking at least 3 hours before the start of class to avoid any penalties. Clients should be free of symptoms and test negative for COVID-19 using a rapid test before returning to class.
Clients that come in close contact with someone who tests positive for COVID-19 should cancel their booking at least 3 hours before the start of class to avoid any penalties and monitor for symptoms. Clients can return to class the following week if they are free of symptoms and test negative.
It is recommended that in-person class attendees sanitize their hands with the provided sanitizer before and after class.
Masks are optional.
We will change partners during the lessons. Clients that are partners have the option of not changing if they are uncomfortable.
Surfaces will be regularly cleaned and sanitized at the studio.
